As of 1 January 2021 ZIMM Germany GmbH as a universal successor assumes all rights and obligations of the previous C.H. Schäfer Getriebe GmbH, Getriebe-Schäfer GmbH and Schäfer-Components GmbH. As of 1 January 2021, the new address for all legal transactions is as follows:

Please note: To be legally registered, ALL invoices with an issue date from 1 January 2021 must be made out AFRESH to ZIMM Germany GmbH.

In addition, please inform the required departments in your company and ensure that transactions and documents are processed correctly from 1 January 2021.
